Our business was founded in Nov of 1988 in Racine, Wisconsin. Bringing  items people could utilize to enhance their event with Decor, Balloons, and other items has brought new excitment to any event. We have continually brought to the city ideas, and products, as well as serviced these events with our decorating services. Weather the event is for a couple's engagement  proposal, to a corporate celebration. And for  the other fun times, we have over 1000 costumes for rental for the Racine area. For other gift giving, or "just because"  pick up, oe sent through our FTD floral service. Our goal is to be the best helpful resourse to our customers.
